Pasta in tomato sauce and covered with cheese:


For the sauce:

1 onion, chopped

- Philfel, salt - 2 spicy tomatoes

1 teaspoon Red Pepper, Curry, and Big Tomato Center - Half a cup of water Zater's (Very Important) - as well as cheese

Prep:

Season the onions with salt and pepper.

 Toss in the seasoned tomatoes and tomato hares.

Serve with the sauce over the pasta.




                                                    Pizza with cheese and eggplant


Components:

1 medium eggplant

Olive oil with salt

2 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup cheddar cheese

Pizza ketchup

1 jar of Marinara sauce

a quarter-glass of Parmesan cheese

a half-cup of fresh fart

Method of preparation:

Cut the eggplant into small pieces.

We sprinkle the slides with salt and leave them for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.

Every olive oil slice should be painted.

To get a homogeneous mixture, combine all of the pizza sauce and my heart in a mixing bowl.

Each slice is topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Platter with potatoes, pumpkin, and goat cheese: 


Quantities:

 2 medium pumpkins

4 potatoes, ideally red ones

goat cheese (114 g)

Grill seasoning salt and pepper

one-quarter cup of milk

a 1/3 of a glass of Parmesan cheese

Method:

 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, cut the pumpkins and potatoes into fine slices, place them on a dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper; Layers of pumpkin, potatoes, goat cheese, salt, roast pepper, and milk are arranged in a tray. Place the parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes, cover it, and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover it and bake for another 15 minutes, or until it is golden.

-Finally, we spray a spoonful of oil on our plate.






Salad with mushrooms :

Amounts :

2 cups iceberg lettuce

Mushrooms in a Cup 1/4 cup sliced tapered onions

Spoon for olive oil

Season with salt and pepper.

Method:

- Cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes over a low heat, then place them on a plate.

- Place the lettuce in a salad bowl and toss with the lemonade.

Spinach, Salmon, and Vegetables:

Method:

We placed the salmon in a roasting pan lined with tin foil.

We squeeze the lemon over the salmon slice and season with salt and pepper.

- Wrap the fish in spinach, dried tomatoes, and goat cheese.

We bake for 12-15 minutes, all the salmon slim, all the time.

- To make the rice, combine 3 cups poached rice, lime juice, Cheddar Chez script, bleached cream cup, pack, chopped butter, pepper spoon, and a tiny salt spoon in a mixing bowl.

It should be noted that the meal is gluten-free.
